This will be the place to follow up on the status of your question, issue, etc.. 2. While in Gmail do the following - Press Ctrl+Shift+J for the java console to pop up. (screenshot1) - Select "Console" tab "Errors" secion and click the "clear console log" button at the botom. - Click the e-mail reply button and once the GLO button appears click it.
